About the position
Dometic is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the APAC Mobile Power Solutions portfolio — a high‑growth category shaping the future of mobile, recreational and off‑grid power.
In this strategic role, you’ll drive the product roadmap, champion innovation, and deliver commercially successful, customer‑led solutions across diverse APAC markets. Reporting to the General Manager, you’ll influence regional strategy and guide the next generation of mobile power products.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the APAC product roadmap, portfolio strategy and long‑term growth opportunities
- Translate customer insights, market trends and competitor activity into actionable product plans
- Lead pricing, channel positioning and portfolio optimisation to drive revenue and margin
- Manage full product lifecycle: concept → business case → launch → performance → phase‑out
- Partner with sales, marketing, e‑commerce, sourcing and technical teams for strong GTM execution
- Ensure compliance across APAC markets (safety, manuals, packaging, labelling)
- Support NPD, sourcing, sustainability initiatives and continuous improvement (VAVE, cost, warranty)
- Represent Dometic at customer visits, trade shows and industry events

Skills & Requirements
What You Bring
- 10+ years in Product Management, Category Management or similar commercial roles
- Degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Marketing, Commerce or related field
- Strong technical understanding of mobile power, energy storage and power conversion
- Experience in global/matrix environments and diverse APAC markets
- Strategic mindset with strong analytical and commercial capability
- Knowledge of retail GTM, pricing, forecasting and lifecycle management
- Familiarity with inRiver, Antura, Navision/D365
- Understanding of Australian Consumer Law
- Passport + willingness to travel; current driver’s licence
- Bonus: Agile experience, 12V/off‑grid product knowledge
