An international tech company (confidential) is looking for a Director of Sales Europe to drive commercial growth across the region, building strong relationships with telecom operators and leading business development in the digital video ecosystem. 💼

📍 Location

📌 Flexible within Europe (remote-friendly) 🏡
🌍 Frequent travel across the region required

🚀 What You’ll Do

• Define and execute the commercial strategy for Europe, aligned with company growth goals
• Drive new business opportunities with telecom operators (Tier 1, 2 and 3) and strategic partners
• Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, solution positioning, negotiation, and closing
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers
• Collaborate closely with Pre-Sales, Product, and Marketing teams
• Represent the company at industry events and key client meetings
• Analyze market trends in digital TV, IPTV, OTT, and streaming
• Contribute to pipeline growth, forecasting, and revenue targets

✅ Requirements

• 8–12+ years of experience in sales within digital TV, video, or OTT environments
• Proven track record selling to telecom operators in Europe
• Strong network of contacts within Tier 1, Tier 2, or Tier 3 operators
• Experience managing complex and long sales cycles
• Fluent English (professional level) is essential
• Strategic, results-driven mindset with strong negotiation skills
• Ability to work in an international and fast-paced environment
• Willingness to travel across Europe

• Experience with middleware, IPTV platforms, OTT solutions, or streaming technologies
• Technical understanding to engage with engineering and product teams
• Previous experience in international or global sales roles
• Additional European languages
