Reporting Specialist– Enterprise/Financial Services, TA Reports (Sydney)
As a Reporting Specialist, you will join a high-performing Hudson Talent Acquisition team, focusing on supporting one of our clients in the Banking & Financial Services sector. Your primary responsibility will be to analyze recruitment processes, enhance information management, and deliver insights that support strategic decision-making within the TA teams and client Human Resources functions.

What you’ll do:
- Operate as a dedicated resource for a Banking & Financial Services RPO account, ensuring reporting and analytics activities align with client priorities, service level agreements, and overall business objectives.
- Maintain data governance and ensure compliance with organizational standards across Avature and BI systems.
- Design and implement reporting strategies and analytics projects from conception to delivery.
- Drive innovation by introducing automation, AI, and Power Platform solutions to optimize reporting processes.
- Support budget creation by providing accurate reporting and financial insights to guide resource allocation and strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with senior management on strategic initiatives and present insights to inform decision-making.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships to ensure reporting outputs align with business objectives.
What You Will Bring to the Role:
- At least 5 years of experience in reporting or data analysis roles, with RPO experience strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in Excel and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Experience with ATS/CRM/HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors, Avature, Smart Recruiters), with implementation experience highly valued.
- Strong financial acumen with the ability to interpret and analyze budget data, ensuring alignment between reporting outputs and financial objectives.
- Ability to champion innovation by driving adoption of emerging technologies such as AI, automation, and Microsoft Power Platform (including Power Apps).
- Demonstrated experience working closely with management teams, including exposure to decision-making processes and strategic-level reporting.
- Proven track record in managing reporting and analytics projects from conception to implementation.
- Excellent relationship management skills, with effective communication ability across all levels of the organization.
