Job Description
We are Sievo – the leading procurement analytics SaaS company founded in Finland. We help the largest companies in the world, household brands like Levi’s, Zurich and Mondelez, understand their procurement data, make data-driven decisions, reduce emissions, drive supply chain resilience, and beyond! Each year, we process over 2% of the world’s total spend. Pretty cool, right?
At the core of our success are talented people from all over the world with different backgrounds and perspectives. Our +400 Sievonians are based across Helsinki, Chicago, Bucharest and London. Our core values are caring, exceeding, and honesty, and these values make us grow bigger and better, not bigger and bitter.
Now you have the opportunity to make an impact as our new Account Manager in a global setting that offers Procurement Analytics SaaS solutions to customers such as Becton Dickingson, Levi’s, Mars, Zurich and many others.
Client success makes you tick, and you're ready to take action. As an Account Manager, you'll drive growth by exceeding client expectations and deepening their use of our solutions — with full commercial and contractual ownership of your accounts. You thrive when your clients and team succeed, you have the confidence to guide CxOs in their decision-making, and the same service mindset when working with super users. You're known for building long-lasting relationships and bringing out the best in the people around you. At Sievo, you'll be supported by a team of delivery and product experts — and given real room to grow. We're not here for short-term wins, and neither are you.
As a Account Manager, you will:
- Own a portfolio of 15–25 global enterprise clients
- Ensure exceptional customer experience and retention
- Lead upsell and cross-sell initiatives with procurement, IT, ESG, and finance stakeholders
- Partner closely with different levels, from CxOs to super users to drive adoption and value
You'll collaborate with a high-performing team and be supported by Sievo’s delivery and product experts.
What we’re looking for:
Experience & Skills
- 5+ years in account management, customer success, B2B SaaS sales — or a procurement career with an appetite for commercial work and client relationships
- Experience managing complex enterprise accounts or projects with multiple senior stakeholders
- Strong grasp of procurement processes and/or procurement technology
- Proven ability to influence and engage at CxO level
- Strong communication skills in English (other languages, especially Spanish, a plus)
- Tech-savvy, with a quick grasp of complex software
Mindset & Approach
- Strategic, client-first thinker with a drive to exceed expectations
- Confident and consultative in complex discussions
- Independent and proactive with a bias for action
- Excited by global business and occasional travel (up to 30 days/year)
Some benefits to mention:
- Unlimited PTO (minimum 25 days off per year, up to 4 consecutive weeks off)
- Paid Parental Leave
- Medical, dental and vision insurance plans
- FSAs, HSAs
- Short-Term & Long-Term Disability insurance
- Life Insurance / AD&D
- And more electable benefits!
- 401k with a 4% match
