Job Description

As Active Directory System Engineer, you will plan, analyze, design, build, test and deploy Active Directory infrastructure.

You will apply functional knowledge and technical expertise in the designing of systems to support customer needs.

Missions:

You will be part of an international workplace team that delivers a 24/7 3rd level support for multiple customers

  • You check and validate all requests from different Tools/workflow linked to current projects
  • You take part to projects. In that area: you build new environments, configure, test and install components, scale and optimize environments, automate tasks, …
  • You are a main contact for colleagues, project leaders, clients.
  • You take in charge complex incidents and problems – Mainly with higher priorities
  • You attend meetings about projects, new request, with Technical Architects
  • You report on performance, audit, security data
Skills & Requirements
  • You have at least a Bachelor or similar level by experience
  • You have at least 4 years of technical experience in large IT infrastructures
  • You have an in-depth knowledge of Active Directory
  • You have a demonstrated expertise in the technical Wintel IT platforms Windows 2003, Windows 2008, windows 2012, Windows 2016.
  • You have experience in Office 365 / Microsoft cloud solutions.
  • You have a strong analytical and creative problem solving skills to resolve 3th level incidents
  • You are well organized with a good time management to work with multiple priorities and you are able to set your own and project priorities with minimal supervision
  • You are able to provide high quality standard documentation (communicate complex technical contents plainly and simply)
  • You look forward to interact with key people at our customers and understand their business and ICT demands for future solutions
  • You are eager to learn and extend your knowledge
  • Fluency (spoken and written) in English is required. A good command of French, German and Luxembourgish is a plus
