Main goal
The Event Team Leader is responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of the final tournament of assigned UEFA youth competitions. The role acts as project leader, overseeing the full event life cycle – from the initial strategic operations planning through operational implementation to post-event evaluation – ensuring delivery in line with UEFA standards, objectives and quality requirements under the guidance of senior management.
The role is accountable for providing timely, accurate and structured tournament reporting throughout all phases of the
project (preparation, delivery and post-event), regularly updating senior and top management on project status, risks and
key milestones.
