Main goal

The Signage Coordinator works as part of the team responsible for planning, coordinating and overseeing the
implementation of all signage elements across the UEFA club competitions, as well as supporting UEFA national team
competitions when required. This includes stadium bowl dressing, directional signage for all UEFA target groups, TV/media
and hospitality requirements, and the delivery of partner‑related signage rights.

A key responsibility of the role is the project management of the UEFA Women’s Champions League signage programme throughout the season, as well as acting as project leader for the UEFA Women’s Champions League final. The role also supports the preparation and delivery of UEFA men’s club competitions, including the UEFA Champions League, UEFA Europa League and UEFA Conference League.

Key responsibilities

  • Coordinating multiple signage projects and ensuring delivery to the highest quality standards, on time and within approved
    budgets
  • Maintaining effective cooperation and communication with internal departments, external suppliers, venue operators and
    local authorities to support overall project delivery
  • Contributing proactively to the planning and execution of signage concepts across competitions and venues
  • Developing and proposing innovative signage solutions to streamline internal processes and enhance the visual impact
    and experience at UEFA venues
  • Establishing and maintaining project plans, timelines, budgets and status reports, providing clear documentation both pre
    and post‑event
  • Coordinating closely with internal stakeholders, external suppliers, stadium teams and local authorities, includes
    producing documentation, briefing designers, organising site visits and managing production and installation requirements
  • Working in close collaboration with colleagues from the Signage team to ensure knowledge sharing, consistency and
    smooth operational delivery

Skills & Requirements

Requirements

  • Bachelor's in a relevant field such as event management, sports management or
    marketing operations
  • From 1 to 3 years experience in the signage or print production industry, familiar with printing
    methods, materials and installation solutions
  • From 4 to 6 years experience in event coordination and delivery

Languages:

  • Fluent in English

Other requirements:

  • Relocation to Switzerland/France is expected
  • The role includes regular travel, averaging approximately 10 weeks per year.
