Working as a Premises & Office Specialist/Safety and Security at Roschier
As a Premises & Office Specialist/Safety and Security, you will play a key role in ensuring that our office environment is safe, secure, efficient, and well-functioning. You will be responsible for security matters, acting as the main point of contact towards external service providers. The role combines operational coordination with hands-on problem solving and requires a strong service mindset, structure, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously.

You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure that our office and facilities support the daily business needs in the best possible way. The role includes responsibility for office safety and security coordination, including physical security systems, access control, and local safety initiatives. The tasks of the role are varied, making it important that you are proactive, solution-oriented, and comfortable taking ownership in both operational and project-related matters.

Your main tasks will include

  • Physical security and safety
    • Developing, maintaining, and continuously improving physical safety and security measures across the office environment
    • Leading and coordinating physical security matters, acting as the primary point of contact for security-related issues, and ensuring effective collaboration with security suppliers, guards, landlords, and other relevant internal and external stakeholders
    • Working closely with IT Security experts to ensure alignment between physical and information security measures
    • Supporting general risk management related to physical security, workplace safety, and office operations
    • Leading and coordinating the local safety team and related safety activities
  • Systems and access management
    • Managing office access control systems, ID badges, and related software administration
    • Coordinating camera systems, user groups, entrance protection, and related security solutions
    • Overseeing fire protection systems and systematic fire safety work, including detectors, fire sections, inspections, and routines
    • Negotiating with relevant suppliers and coordinating security-related service deliveries
  • Premises and workplace operations back-up
    • Coordinating premises-related projects and office improvements
    • Coordinating Office Support and workplace-related matters as part of the overall framework

Your profile
As a Premises & Office Specialist/Safety and Security, you will work closely with colleagues, suppliers, landlords, and external partners across borders.   • Bring at least five years of relevant professional experience within safety, security, facilities, workplace operations, or a related field
  • Hold a relevant academic degree or equivalent professional qualifications
  • Are a proactive, highly organized, and solution-oriented professional with the ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities in a dynamic environment
  • Combine strong analytical capabilities with a pragmatic approach to problem-solving, enabling you to identify risks, evaluate alternatives, and implement effective solutions
  • Take pride in delivering high-quality service and building trusted relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Demonstrate strong coordination and leadership capabilities, with experience managing suppliers, projects, and cross-functional collaborations
  • Thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working across functions, teams, and borders within an international organization
  • Are self-driven and comfortable taking ownership of your area of responsibility while contributing positively to broader team objectives
  • Possess excellent communication skills, with full professional proficiency in both Swedish and English
  • Have strong digital knowledge and are comfortable working with Microsoft Office applications, experience with access control, security, or facilities management systems is considered an advantage
