About the Role
We are seeking an energetic, client-focused Implementation Specialist (Project Consultant) to support the delivery of our SaaS platform for new and existing customers.
This is a hands-on, functional implementation role—not a pure project management position—where you will work directly with clients to translate business processes into system configurations and deliver successful implementations as part of a collaborative project team.
You’ll operate in a team-based delivery model, owning specific workstreams while contributing to end-to-end implementation success across multiple projects.
What You’ll Do
Drive Implementation Delivery
- Execute end-to-end SaaS implementations alongside a cross-functional project team
- Own assigned workstreams and deliverables with accountability for quality, scope, and timelines
Lead Client Discovery & Solution Design
- Conduct client discovery sessions to understand business processes and operational needs
- Translate requirements into functional system configurations and solution designs
Configure & Implement Systems
- Configure system components including master data, workflows, and user roles
- Validate configurations and ensure accuracy across implementation deliverables
Collaborate Cross-Functionally
- Partner with Product, Engineering, QA, and Professional Services teams to deliver solutions
- Translate business needs into actionable technical inputs (e.g., reporting, integrations)
Support Testing, Training & Go-Live
- Participate in UAT and validate system functionality
- Lead or support client training and post-go-live adoption
Contribute to Continuous Improvement
- Create documentation including configurations and process flows
- Support scoping, estimation, and planning for new implementations
Skills & Requirements
What We’re Looking For (Must-Haves)
- 2–3 years of experience in SaaS implementation, consulting, or client-facing delivery roles
- Strong ability to translate business requirements into system configurations
- Experience working directly with stakeholders from frontline users to executives
- Hands-on approach to solving problems and delivering outcomes in a team environment
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive workstreams to completion
Nice to Have
- Experience with ERP, supply chain, financial, or other complex business systems
- Familiarity with data tools such as Excel, SQL, or similar
- Experience with integrations or data workflows
- Background in agriculture, animal protein, or supply chain industries
Additional Details
- Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)
- Travel: Up to 40–50% domestic and international
