Main goal

We're seeking a talented Graphic Designer with a strong sense of visual clarity and spatial communication to design fan-facing maps for all UEFA club finals, national team final tournaments and other events. This role is instrumental in shaping the fan experience by delivering clear, engaging and brand-aligned visual guides that help spectators navigate event spaces safely and enjoyably.

Key responsibilities

  • Designing detailed, intuitive fan-facing maps for all UEFA club finals, national team final tournaments and major events
  • Translating complex site plans and CAD files into simplified, user-friendly graphics for public use
  • Developing visually engaging maps tailored to specific stakeholders to enhance fan navigation and experience
  • Adapting maps for various audiences, including the public, VIPs, teams and staff
  • Maintaining a well-organised library of reusable templates, icons and layouts to streamline future projects
  • Producing print-ready digital assets in multiple formats and dimensions (PDF, EPS, SVG, etc.)
  • Collaborating with printers and digital media teams to ensure high-quality output across all platforms
  • Supporting the team with special map creation requests and visual materials
  • Ensuring all maps and visual plans align with UEFA brand guidelines and maintaining a consistent visual identity across all competitions
  • Documenting workflows and naming conventions for efficient retrieval, version control and multilingual localisation

Skills & Requirements

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communication or a related field
  • 4 years of experience as a graphic designer in events, sport, entertainment or wayfinding design
  • Proven experience creating maps, diagrams or spatial layouts for public use
  • Background working in fast-paced event environments is desirable
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
