The Graphic Designer will provide creative assets and support to colleagues across the organisation.

The role will encompass a range of creative and graphic responsibilities, including developing layouts for printing and digital projects, designing proposals for creative projects, monitoring internal compliance with corporate branding guidelines, creating slide decks, templates, and formats for corporate use, and following the latest trends in design and relevant recent technologies.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

Graphic Design

Create a wide range of visual assets, including branding materials, promotional collateral, signage, and digital content.

Visual storytelling

Develop compelling visual narratives that clearly communicate the purpose and character of each event or initiative.

Collaboration

Work closely with colleagues across departments to ensure cohesive brand integration across all materials and on-site activities.

Brand consistency

Maintain and enforce corporate brand guidelines, including the design of slide decks, templates, and standardised formats for internal and external use.

Creative innovation

Contribute fresh ideas and creative solutions by staying informed about current design trends, tools, and relevant technologies.

Digital asset management

Manage, organise, and maintain the digital asset library to ensure accuracy, accessibility, and efficient workflows.

Skills & Requirements

EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a closely related field.
  • Approximately 3 years’ professional experience in graphic design or a related field.
  • High level of proficiency with industry-standard design tools, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; Premiere Pro and After Effects are a plus).
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Word.
  • Experience in sports or events is not required; we welcome applicants with strong foundational skills, relevant education, and a clear motivation to learn and grow.

SKILLS

  • Strong conceptual and creative thinking, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Highly collaborative team player with the ability to build effective working relationships across departments.
  • Professional, proactive, and positive approach to work.
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken; additional European languages are an advantage.
  • Passion for design and a genuine interest in keeping up with industry developments.
