ABOUT THE ROLE
As a developer at Tele2 B2B, you will work in a cross-functional team responsible for the design, development, and further evolution of our business-critical systems. You will:
- Develop robust and modern services in Java 17+ and Spring Boot.
- Work with both SQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL technologies (MongoDB, Redis, DynamoDB, or similar).
- Build and optimize microservices, APIs, and integration flows.
- Participate in architecture and design decisions for new platform components.
- Ensure high quality through test automation, CI/CD, and observability tools.
- Collaborate closely with product owners, architects, and other developers in an agile environment.
Who You Are
We believe you are a developer who:
- Has several years of experience with Java and Spring Boot.
- Has a good understanding of database design, both SQL and NoSQL.
- Is confident in building scalable, secure, and well-structured services.
- Has experience with REST APIs, event-driven architecture, and Docker/Kubernetes or equivalent.
- Enjoys working in teams, sharing knowledge, and contributing to a strong engineering culture.
- Thrives in an environment where you can influence technical decisions.
We also value who you are as a person.
You are curious, humble, and like to take responsibility. You enjoy a balance between greenfield development and maintenance – you can both build new things and improve what already exists. You appreciate stability just as much as innovation. In addition you value team collaboration and are comfortable talking to Business Stakeholders.
It is a plus if you have experience with:
- IDP/Identity Provider solutions (OAuth2, OpenID Connect, SAML, Keycloak, Azure AD, Auth0).
- IAM flows, federation, token management, and secure authentication.
