B2B Content Marketing Manager

Join One of Europe's Fastest-Growing Wellbeing Tech Companies

Are you a skilled content marketing professional ready to take on a role where your writing makes a real commercial difference? Do you want to shape how a fast-growing, award-winning company speaks to its market?

At Epassi, you will join a friendly, ambitious team where your work genuinely matters. You will be trusted with real responsibility, supported by experienced colleagues and given the space to do your best work as we continue to grow across Europe.

Epassi’s purpose is to boost everyday well-being. We are a leading provider of employee benefit solutions across Europe. We were established in Finland in 2007, and in 2008 we were the first company to launch a mobile-payable employee benefit payment solution in Europe. Since then, we have consistently grown, diversifying our products and introducing our services into new markets.

In the UK, we work closely with employers and HR teams to support employee wellbeing through flexible, easy-to-use benefit solutions that drive engagement, retention and long-term impact. We work across two brands: Epassi UK and Zest by Epassi, a Sunday Times Best Places to Work 2025 winner.

We have been recognised by the Financial Times as one of Europe's fastest-growing companies multiple times. What really excites us is what comes next.

We are currently hiring a B2B Content Marketing Manager to join our UK team, based at our Haywards Heath office on a hybrid basis.

This role is suited to someone already working at marketing manager level with a solid track record in B2B content in employee benefits. We are looking for a confident, experienced professional who can hit the ground running and make an immediate impact.

Reporting directly to the Product Marketing Manager, you will develop and deliver high-impact content that builds brand awareness and supports lead generation. You will position Zest and Epassi UK as the go-to brands in tech-enabled employee wellbeing and benefits. Your primary focus will be B2B, crafting sales enablement content, for example one pagers, sales decks, product videos scripts that resonates with HR decision-makers and drives pipeline. You will also flex into B2C content support when required, ensuring resilience across the content function.

You will work across both the Zest and Epassi UK brands, producing content that reflects each brand's distinct identity while contributing to a consistent, integrated voice during a pivotal period of growth.

We move quickly. Priorities can shift and opportunities come up fast. You will need to be comfortable working in an agile, fast-paced environment and able to pivot when needed, without losing quality or focus.

Your mission at Epassi

As our B2B Content Marketing Manager, your mission is to create and deliver compelling, insight-led content that builds brand authority and supports pipeline growth. You will position Epassi UK and Zest as the leading voices in employee wellbeing and benefits. You will bring strategic thinking and outstanding writing craft to everything you produce, ensuring every piece of content earns its place and drives a clear outcome.

Your responsibilities will be:

  • Planning, creating and managing a diverse range of content formats across both Zest and Epassi UK, including blogs, whitepapers, guides, webinars, case studies and product videos
  • Developing and owning a B2B content calendar aligned with marketing and commercial objectives
  • Writing and editing high-quality, SEO-optimised content for HR professionals and employee benefits decision-makers
  • Creating blog posts that build brand trust and move prospects through the funnel
  • Supporting brand messaging and tone of voice across all B2B communications
  • Conducting industry research to identify content gaps, emerging topics and thought leadership opportunities
  • Collaborating with digital and performance marketing specialists to ensure content supports SEO, PPC and lead generation goals
  • Ensuring all content is optimised for search and user engagement using tools such as SEMrush
  • Coordinating with stakeholders to gather insights and customer stories
  • Producing content that supports the partner network, including benefit providers, gyms and health assessment providers
  • Flexing into B2C content support when needed.

You’ll be successful in this role if you:

  • Deliver consistently high-quality content that is on-brand, on-brief and on time
  • Build a B2B content programme that visibly supports pipeline development and thought leadership
  • Grow organic traffic, improve keyword rankings and increase content-driven lead generation
  • Earn trust as a reliable content partner for Sales and the wider marketing team
  • Bring creative and strategic thinking to every brief rather than simply executing tasks
  • Adapt quickly when priorities shift and maintain quality under pressure
  • Cover B2C content confidently when required, without a drop in quality or output
  • Continuously evaluate content performance and adapt your approach based on data

What you’ll be doing (daily):

  • Writing and editing content across blogs, guides, whitepapers, case studies and blogs.
  • Managing the B2B content calendar and keeping it aligned with campaign and commercial priorities
  • Publishing and updating content across the Zest and Epassi UK websites
  • Creating brochures and one-pagers
  • Coordinating webinar content from ideation through to post-event publishing
  • Producing the monthly Epassi and Zest newsletter
  • Creating and updating sales materials and partner content for both brands
  • Tracking content performance and sharing regular reporting on key metrics
  • Using Asana to manage your workload, deadlines and project coordination

What you should bring:

  • Ideally 2+ years' experience in B2B content marketing, ideally within HR tech, SaaS, health or employee benefits sectors
  • Outstanding copywriting ability. You write with clarity, precision and persuasion and you genuinely love the craft
  • A strategic thinker who understands how content connects to commercial objectives. You plan with purpose rather than simply executing briefs
  • Proven ability to write and edit high-quality, SEO-optimised content for HR and benefits audiences
  • Strong understanding of content strategy, buyer journeys and lead generation best practices
  • Experience with HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms
  • Familiarity with SEO tools such as SEMrush to guide content optimisation
  • Experience using project management tools such as Asana to manage workload and deadlines
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment where priorities can shift quickly
  • Experience working cross-functionally and managing multiple content projects simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
  • A confident self-starter who can manage their own workload and prioritise effectively.

Desirable

  • Experience working across multiple brands or in a brand integration context
  • Familiarity with WordPress or a similar CMS for content publishing and web management
  • Experience producing or coordinating webinar content, podcasts or video
  • Degree-educated in Communications, Journalism, Marketing or a recognised qualification such as CIM
  • Interest in health, wellbeing and improving workplace culture.

Your track record:

  • Produced content that has demonstrably supported pipeline growth, lead generation or brand awareness
  • Managed a B2B content calendar and delivered consistently against it
  • Written across multiple formats including long-form, email, website and event content
  • Worked cross-functionally to gather insight and turn it into content
  • Used data and performance reporting to evaluate and improve content output
  • Thrived in a fast-moving environment, pivoting quickly without sacrificing quality.

Your competency profile:

  • Exceptional copywriting: You produce content that is clear, compelling and crafted with purpose
  • Strategic mindset: You see beyond individual pieces of content to the bigger commercial picture
  • Audience empathy: You understand what HR decision-makers care about and how to speak to them
  • Organised and proactive: You manage your own workload, meet deadlines and flag issues early
  • Collaborative: You build strong relationships across Sales and beyond
  • Adaptable: You pivot quickly when priorities change and thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment
  • Data-informed: You use performance insight to guide your content decisions rather than relying on intuition alone
  • Detail-oriented: You hold yourself to a high standard of quality in everything that goes out the door.
