We’re now looking for someone who wants to be part of this journey as an experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our team at Scandic.

About the role

In this role, you play a key part in securing the right talents for Scandic. Together with hiring managers you drive end-to-end recruitment processes across our Head office.

You are a trusted advisor to leaders, guiding them in recruitment matters while ensuring high quality, structure and consistency in every process. You will work with a broad range of roles, from specialist positions to leadership roles, i.e. within IT, Commercial, Finance etc.

Key responsibilities within the role:

  • Lead full recruitment processes, including search
  • Build strong partnerships with managers and stakeholders within HR
  • Ensure recruitment is carried out in line with laws, policies and Scandic standards

This role is closely connected to bringing our overall talent strategy to life and you play an important part in developing the recruitment support within our Support Functions. You do this in close collaboration with both the process owner of Scandic’s Talent Acquisition and the HR Manager for the business areas within our Support Functions.

The role might also include supporting selected HR related work depending on business needs and priorities.

Skills & Requirements

To be successful in the role

We believe that you are confident in your expertise and enjoy working closely with the business. You build trust naturally, take ownership of your work and balance quality with pace in a dynamic environment.

You are structured, collaborative and service-minded – and comfortable navigating complexity and multiple priorities.

We also believe you bring:

  • Solid experience of leading recruitment processes end-to-end
  • Experience recruiting across different functions, including specialist and leadership roles
  • Strong ability to advise and build trust with stakeholders
  • A data-informed approach to recruitment and candidate experience
  • Experience working in a larger, complex organization
  • Ability to combine strategic perspective with hands-on delivery
  • Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English

This is a permanent position that starts with a probationary period and is based at Scandic’s head office in Stockholm.
