Náplň práce
HR administrativa
- Kompletní zajištění HR administrativy v souladu s legislativou a interními předpisy
- Aktualizace HR dat, správa osobních složek a příprava pravidelných reportů
- Komunikace s externí mzdovou účtárnou a dodávání podkladů pro mzdy
- Odpovídání na každodenní HR dotazy zaměstnanců
- Návrhy na zefektivnění procesů a správy osobních dat
HR marketing a interní aktivity
- Organizace interních HR akcí a podpora employer brandingu
- Reprezentace společnosti interně i externě
- Tvorba a realizace nových nápadů pro posílení značky zaměstnavatele
Podpora pracovního prostředí
- Budování a udržování vztahů se zaměstnanci a manažery
- Zajištění důvěrného nakládání s informacemi
- Monitoring změn, které mohou ovlivnit pracovní prostředí
Nábor zaměstnanců
- Podílení se na náboru nových kolegů
- Komunikace s kandidáty a reprezentace společnosti
- Koordinace jednotlivých kroků výběrového řízení
Požadavky
- SŠ/VŠ vzdělání
- předchozí praxe v HR výhodou
- Výborná znalost anglického jazyka (ústně i písemně)
- Uživatelská znalost MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Výborné organizační a komunikační dovednosti
- Schopnost plánovat, dotahovat úkoly a orientovat se v kvalitě procesů

-We are founded in 1992.
-We introduced our iconic green reusable plastic crates (RPCs) in the 90's, which became a staple in the transportation and storage of fresh produce across Europe.
-In the mid-2000s, we implemented RFID (Radio-Frequency Identification) technology to track and trace our RPCs more efficiently.
-In 2021 we started using the first recycled folding trays.
-We’ve got over 70 service centres all over Europe – you can find us in most countries. So, wherever you are in Europe, our efficient network has got you covered.
-Through new technologies and knowledge, we were able to lower our washing temperature in 2022 which resulted in significant reduction of between 47% and 52% in our gas consumption.
-In 2017 we agreed that we want to reduce our carbon footprint by 20% by 2025 by implementing several improvement projects.
