Nordberg Medical AB passed a significant milestone in 2021 by receiving CE certification for its PLLA (Poly-L-Lactic Acid) based collagen stimulant, JULÄINE™, positioning the company well to pursue an ambitious growth strategy for the aesthetic dermatology market. JULÄINE is manufactured by CMO´s in Sweden.

Nordberg Medical AB has also initiated an FDA application that will support entry into the US and additional key markets.

About the Position

As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales beginning with the product JULÄINE and maintaining relationships with key accounts for the company in Poland. You will report to and work closely with Sales Manager to develop and implement sales strategies, and will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders - healthcare professionals. You will also provide product and technical support to customers and will be responsible for achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities include:

· Contribute to and implement sales strategies based on account segmentation and market potential to drive product sales and achieve targets for key accounts

· Responsible for the commercial relationship with Key Accounts in defined Region - Pomerania

· Develop and execute go-to-market activities to maximize product performance in the territory

· Build and expand product distribution within assigned area, identifying growth opportunities

· Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals ensuring customer retention and repeat orders.

· Identify and pursue new business opportunities and leads based on market analysis and account potential

· Provide product and technical support to customers

· Attend and present at industry events and conferences as needed

· Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and initiatives aligned with go-to-market strategies.

· Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations

· Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the aesthetic filler market and competitive produc

Skills & Requirements

    Your profile

    · Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. business, marketing, science)

    · 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the medical or pharmaceutical industry

    · Strong customer-facing skills and ability to build relationships long-lasting relationship with customers

    · Experience in dermatology or aesthetics is highly desirable

    · Familiarity with aesthetic filler products and the market

    · Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders

    · Excellent written and oral communication skills in Polish and English

    · Willingness to travel for business as needed

    Working and employment conditions:
