Join a team that supports organisations in developing and implementing AI-based business solutions. Within Consulting, our Microsoft Alliance brings together strategy, technology and commercial expertise to help clients modernise operations, transform customer and employee experiences, and scale AI Business Solutions responsibly. Working across Microsoft technologies such as Azure, Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Microsoft 365, Copilot and agent-based solutions, we support clients from early opportunity identification through enterprise-wide transformation.

Are you our new colleague in Microsoft AI Business Solutions?
We are looking for a commercially driven and strategically minded sales leader who wants to accelerate the growth of Microsoft-enabled AI Business Solutions and build a strong pipeline in the Swedish market. In this role, you will help clients move from early AI initiatives to scaled implementations across functions such as operations, finance, customer and workforce. You will work closely with PwC leaders, account teams and Microsoft stakeholders to identify opportunities, shape propositions and drive strategic pursuits from early engagement to long-term client value.

Your main responsibilities

  • Manage sales and business development of Microsoft-enabled AI Business Solutions, driving pipeline growth and converting opportunities into revenue.
  • Identify and develop AI-driven transformation opportunities across priority sectors and client relationships.
  • Position AI Business Solutions within PwC’s broader offering and ensure they are effectively embedded in client proposals.
  • Drive the go-to-market and commercial activation of key offerings, including AI agents, intelligent CRM/ERP, customer service solutions and automation.
  • Orchestrate Microsoft co-sell activities, including funding opportunities and executive engagement in key pursuits.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align propositions, sales assets, and go-to-market approaches.
  • Build and drive pipeline development, sales growth and Microsoft-influenced revenue, while contributing to broader alliance growth.

Skills & Requirements

Qualifications for the role

  • University degree in business, technology, engineering, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience (8+ years) in enterprise sales and business development, within Microsoft-enabled AI or digital transformation solutions.
  • Experience in selling AI business solutions, with the ability to clearly communicate AI terminology, concepts, and value propositions within Microsoft’s ecosystem and commercial framework.
  • Understanding Microsoft’s ecosystem, including commercial frameworks, co-sell motions and go-to-market models.
  • Experience working in professional services, consulting or another complex, stakeholder-rich environment.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to shape opportunities, build value cases and deliver revenue growth.
  • Excellent relationship-building and influencing skills, particularly with senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to navigate matrixed organisations and collaborate across multiple teams and leadership groups.
  • Proactive and entrepreneurial mindset, with a track record of identifying, building, and converting opportunities.
  • Experience working with industry clients and achieving sales targets.
  • Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken. Swedish is meritorious.
