We currently serve customers across Europe and are now expanding into the United States. Having already secured our first U.S. customer and established a growing pipeline of opportunities, we are entering the market with strong momentum and a proven solution. To support this next phase of growth, we are looking for a Sales Executive focused on the U.S. market, based in the United States.

This is a role for someone who wants to build markets, win large deals, and drive real impact in public safety.
Prior experience in the public safety industry is not a requirement, and we encourage applications from candidates with diverse professional backgrounds.
The Role
As a Sales Executive at Evam, you will be responsible for driving complex enterprise sales across the U.S. market, from first contact to signed contract. You will engage with senior decision-makers in public safety agencies and lead structured sales processes that typically run 3–24 months.
Once a deal is signed, the customer is handed over to our project and delivery organization.
Your focus is clear: win new customers and close strategic deals. This is a role for a hunter personality.

You are a hunter who thrives in complex sales environments. You are comfortable navigating long decision processes, multiple stakeholders, and technically complex solutions. Most importantly, you know how to drive deals forward and close them.
You have experience selling enterprise technology solutions to public sector organizations or other complex B2B/B2G environments.
