Meta's Infrastructure Sourcing team manages strategic component supply chains across DRAM, SSD, HDD, and CPU at hyperscale. We are hiring a contingent worker to support day-to-day sourcing operations so the team can stay focused on negotiation, supply strategy, and supplier relationships.
This is a hands-on, execution-heavy role. The right person jumps in, owns problems end-to-end, and builds tools to eliminate manual work.
ResponsibilitiesIssue and manage purchase orders across DRAM, SSD, HDD, and CPUResolve invoice discrepancies and PO/invoice mismatchesUpload, organize, and maintain contract records in internal systemsCreate and manage part numbers, BOM updates, EOL notices, and rebate trackingSupport NPI operations: sample forecasting, sample material management, supply escalationBuild and maintain dashboards for supply visibility, PO status, and program trackingIdentify manual workflows and automate them using AI tools
Required SkillsDashboarding experience — Tableau, AppSheet, or equivalentComfortable using AI tools to build automations, scripts, or agent workflowsStrong execution mindset — willing to jump in and own tasks end-to-endDetail orientation for transactional accuracy (POs, invoices, contracts, part numbers)Comfortable navigating ambiguity and chasing down cross-functional issuesNice to HavePrior supply chain or sourcing experience in tech / hardwareSQL or basic PythonExperience with Meta internal tools (or fast ramp on new systems)
