- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and propose data modernization strategies
- Design, develop, and test Java-based cloud-native applications
- Build, maintain, and optimize ETL pipelines
- Analyze data models and business requirements
- Perform data validation to ensure accuracy and integrity
- Design and execute test cases, including backend data validation
- Work closely with developers and business analysts for requirement clarity
- Utilize AWS services within application architecture
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices
- Monitor and optimize application performance for cost, security, and reliability
- Identify and resolve technical issues proactively
- Follow Agile/Scrum methodologies in project execution
Skills & Requirements
- Strong experience in modernizing legacy applications and cloud migration
- Hands-on expertise in AWS services and building enterprise-level Data Lakes
- Strong programming skills in Java, J2EE, Spring Framework, and Hibernate
- Experience with RDBMS/Transactional databases
- Strong SQL skills (complex queries, performance tuning, debugging)
- Hands-on experience with cloud-based ETL tools
- Understanding of data modeling concepts
- Experience with DevOps practices and automation tools
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments
