Main goal

The Marketing Promotions intern will support the planning and execution of key marketing campaigns across UEFA competitions and strategic programmes. The role provides hands-on experience across campaign development, digital fan engagement, content production and stakeholder coordination. The intern will gain exposure to how UEFA delivers large-scale international marketing programmes, working with internal teams, agencies and commercial partners.

Key responsibilities

  • Support delivery of live campaigns across UEFA competitions and programmes, particularly Playmakers
  • Coordinate with internal teams and agencies on deliverables
  • Assist with coordination of approvals (brand, legal, stakeholders)
  • Track campaign timelines and market activations
  • Assist in preparing campaign production briefs and asset distribution
  • Support localisation processes (markets, languages, distribution)
  • Assist in campaign performance tracking and reporting
  • Support evaluation of campaign performance and learnings

Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor's in marketing or another relevant field

Languages:

  • English / Proficient

Other requirements:

- Relocation to Switzerland/France is expected

- At ease with MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word

- Strong administrative skills, good communicator, highly organised and competent under pressure
