- Ingest, clean, and validate data related to drug pricing and submissions
- Maintain data accuracy, quality checks, and documentation
- Develop and manage Power BI dashboards and reports
- Monitor submission activity and compliance metrics
- Analyze trends in drug pricing, cost drivers, and submission patterns
- Generate automated reports and dashboards for internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure data security, confidentiality, and regulatory compliance (HIPAA, trade secret rules)
- Collaborate with IT, Legal, and internal teams to improve data workflows
- Maintain data dictionaries, metadata, and governance standards
- Provide ad hoc analysis for policy and business needs
Skills & Requirements
- Experience with Power BI (dashboards, reports, automated refresh)
- Strong skills in data cleaning, validation, and quality assurance
- Knowledge of data governance, compliance, and security standards
- Experience in data analysis, trend analysis, and reporting
- Ability to create visualizations and analytical summaries
- Familiarity with data documentation and metadata management
- Good understanding of regulatory requirements (HIPAA, etc.)
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
