Nelly Flagship Store on Strøget in Copenhagen has been open since October 2025, and we are now looking to expand our team with additional part-time Store Hosts.
Are you passionate about fashion, trends, and customer service? Do you enjoy creating great customer experiences and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment? Then you might be exactly who we are looking for.
As a Flagship Store Host, you are part of creating an inspiring and welcoming shopping experience for our customers every single day. You are one of the faces of Nelly and will meet customers daily – so naturally, you love fashion, people, and service.
At Nelly, we take customer experience to the next level. Giving personal styling advice, creating a fun atmosphere, and always doing that little extra for the customer are all part of the role. Together with the rest of the team, you help bring the Nelly brand and vision to life in our Copenhagen Flagship Store.
This position is ideal for someone studying or looking for a flexible part-time role, especially if you are available to work weekends and extra shifts during busy periods.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Sales and upselling
- Styling advice and personal customer service
- Restocking and visual merchandising
- Keeping the store clean, welcoming, organized, and fully replenished
- Supporting the daily operations of the store

Kvalifikationer
We believe you:
- Have previous retail experience, preferably within fashion or beauty
- Are energetic, proactive, and inspiring
- Understand how to consistently deliver excellent customer service
- Are solution-oriented and enjoy taking initiative
- Are flexible, responsible, and comfortable working independently
- Have a genuine passion for fashion and trends
- Are comfortable using social media platforms such as Instagram and TikTok

As part of Team Nelly, you will work in our Flagship Store located on Strøget in central Copenhagen.
