Team Manager KAM

This is a pivotal role in Epassi's growth journey. You lead, develop and inspire a team of Key Account Managers across both the private and public sectors — and this is a role for someone who wants to build something, not just manage it.

What you will do day-to-day...

  • Apply value-based selling — connect Epassi's offering to each customer's actual business goals using structured methodologies (Miller Heiman/APACTT)
  • Ensure every KAM has a structured account growth plan — more products, more users, deeper engagement
  • Hold full accountability for the KAM team's results within the Mid to X Large segment — monitor pipeline, churn and sales figures and act where needed
  • Step in on complex or strategic customer cases and take on direct customer responsibility when needed
  • Own execution of the local sales strategy and contribute to the Sales Leadership Group
  • Collaborate closely with Customer Success to improve customer experience and team efficiency
  • Nurture team members through consistent 1:1s, thoughtful performance dialogues, and personalised support plans where needed
  • Shape team culture actively in line with Epassi's values: We grow together, We dare to care, We deliver with purpose and We champion customer success

What you bring to be successful with us...

  • Documented experience leading a KAM team with a proven track record of revenue growth through upsell and cross-sell
  • Strong practice of value-based selling — connecting customer goals to tailored solutions
  • Experience with structured sales methodologies such as Miller Heiman or APACTT
  • Full people management experience including salary-setting, recruitment and performance development
  • Proficiency in CRM systems — HubSpot preferred — and AI-powered sales tools such as Gong

Your Track Record:

You have led a KAM team and can point to concrete results — revenue growth, team development and portfolio expansion. You have coached structured sales methodologies in practice and built lasting relationships across both private and public sector customers.

  • Swedish — fluent
  • English — fluent (corporate language)

2023Epassi expands outside the Nordics – acquires Incorpore - UK's largest health and fitness network with 11 million employee userbase, and Eudaimon - leading Italian corporate welfare and employee benefits company.

2024Epassi acquires two of Europes leading corporate fitness companies, Hansefit in Germany and BFNL in Netherlands.

2024Epassi acquires Smartum, a pioneer in promoting employee well-being in Finland.

2025Epassi continues to grow in Germany by acquiring i-gb (Initiative - Gesunder Betrieb GmbH), a leading provider of motivational employee benefit solutions in Germany.
