Job Title: Observability Engineer - Event Management

Required Skills:

• Proven experience (minimum 4 years) with Event and Alert Management platforms such as ServiceNow and PagerDuty
• Strong scripting skills and familiarity with alert management processes
• Ability to analyze event and alert data for pattern recognition, trend analysis, and insights generation
• Proficiency with Office applications for reporting and documentation
• Excellent communication skills for engaging stakeholders and documenting processes effectively

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in configuring and maintaining enterprise alert systems
• Knowledge of incident management best practices and continuous improvement methodologies

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field

• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to align EVM solutions with organizational goals
• Capable of producing comprehensive technical documentation, including job aids and governance materials
