We are on a growth journey – now looking for our next star – a passionate Export Warehouse Manager.
About the position
The primary purpose for Export Warehouse Manager is to develop warehouse operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements; developing, implementing, enforcing, and evaluating policies and procedures; developing processes for receiving product, equipment utilization, inventory management, and shipping.
Your main responsibilities
• Oversee all export warehouse divisions.
• Maintains warehouse staff job results by coaching, counselling, disciplining employees, planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
• Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring inventory and security procedures and protocols.
• Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts and reconciling with the data storage system.
• Maintains physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts; inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement.
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, and transport companies.
• Initiate, coordinate and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures.

Skills & Requirements

• Matric certificate, preferably with experience in Warehousing and Logistics.
• Good Microsoft Office & Accounting Programme (SYSPRO) knowledge.
• Strong administration skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Speak, read and write English efficiently.
• Basic maths skills.
• Punctual, organized, and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail is crucial.
• Good management skills
