Infrastructure Management

  • Manage AWS cloud infrastructure including ECS/Fargate, Lambda, RDS PostgreSQL, S3, and VPC.
  • Maintain Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform.
  • Manage Databricks clusters for analytics.
  • Configure and optimize Kubernetes clusters.

CI/CD & Developer Tooling

  • Maintain GitHub Actions pipelines.
  • Manage deployment workflows across Development, Test, Staging, and Production.
  • Implement automated testing and vulnerability scanning.
  • Configure integrations with ClickUp, Slack, and QuickSight.

Security, Compliance & Governance

  • Support SOC 2 Type II, ISO27001, and HIPAA compliance.
  • Configure WAF, AWS Shield, and IAM least-privilege access.
  • Manage GuardDuty, encryption standards, and credential rotation.
  • Monitor and remediate vulnerabilities using Beagle Security.

Access & Identity Management

  • Administer 1Password vaults, secure credential sharing, and MFA.
  • Manage Office 365 licensing, conditional access, and security policies.

Monitoring, Performance & Reliability

  • Configure dashboards and alerting in Grafana, Prometheus, Sentry, and CloudWatch.
  • Monitor uptime, SLA performance, and auto-scaling.

Customer & Employee Technical Onboarding

  • Provision AWS resources, Databricks, Auth0 SSO, monitoring, and backups.
  • Manage Freshdesk access and support tools.
  • Execute employee onboarding/offboarding workflows securely.

Release & Version Management

  • Execute deployments with approval gates and rollback processes.
  • Manage semantic versioning and release documentation.

  • Support multi-tenant, highly available architecture.
