Quality Management System

  • Control and supervise the issuance of company certificates to ensure compliance with customer requirements and relevant standards referenced in the certificates, such as RoHS, REACH, ASTM, etc., including researching and providing information on related standards upon request from customers or relevant parties.
  • Control and supervise quality management system administration and continuous improvement activities.
  • Control and supervise the maintenance, verification, and calibration of measuring and testing equipment to ensure compliance with standards and effective readiness for use.
  • Supervise subordinates in the proper and safe use and storage of chemicals, including the segregation and disposal of unused materials and hazardous waste in compliance with the environmental management system.
  • Manage cleanliness and safety activities within the factory, including factory layout and area design to ensure cleanliness, orderliness, compliance with 5S standards, and workplace safety requirements.
  • Perform quality management system activities, including: 6.1 Coordinate with all relevant internal and external parties to ensure the company’s operations comply with ISO standard requirements in accordance with established policies and plans. 6.2 Plan and assign Internal Auditors and supervise internal quality management system audits. 6.3 Coordinate with External Auditors and provide support and facilitation for external quality management system audits. 6.4 Follow up on audit findings, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions for issues identified from the company’s quality management system audits. 6.5 Organize Management Review meetings with the management team.
  • Promote awareness of the quality management system and customer requirements within the company, including training and development of the organization’s quality management system in compliance with ISO standards and company policies.
  • Control and supervise safety management activities to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or company representative.
