Ambassador Program Specialist at a Beloved Game Studio

We´re helping a beloved game studio find an Ambassador Program Specialist. In practice, this is a Content Creator Program Manager role: someone who can build and run an ambassador program, shape the creator experience around it and keep people genuinely engaged over time.

We are looking for someone who has done this before. Someone who knows how to turn a group of passionate creators into a living, active community, with the right mix of structure, ideas, relationships and follow-through.

You will lead the development of an ambassador program and the platform experience connected to it. That means thinking about how creators are welcomed, inspired, activated, supported and celebrated. It also means creating the rhythm around the program, from challenges and community moments to resources, communication flows and ways of making participation feel rewarding.

This is a hands-on role with a lot of ownership. You will spot opportunities, suggest ideas and make things happen, working closely with teams across marketing, community, brand, creative, legal and external partners. The role needs someone who can move between creative thinking and practical execution without losing momentum.

Who we believe you are

  • You have experience building, managing or developing ambassador programs, creator programs, advocacy communities or similar community-led initiatives. You understand what makes creators want to take part, not just once, but again and again.
  • You are strong at creating participation that feels natural, playful and relevant. You know how to build engagement through smart community mechanics, creator activations, challenges, inspiration, recognition and relationship building.
  • You are creative, but not chaotic. You can bring new ideas to the table, turn them into something concrete, follow up on what worked and improve the next round. You are comfortable owning your work independently, while also knowing how to involve the right people at the right time.
  • Experience from entertainment, lifestyle, youth-focused brands, kids, family, gaming or creator-led communities is a strong plus. But the most important thing is that you have the skills and instincts needed to build an ambassador program that people genuinely want to be part of.

What you bring

  • Experience building or managing ambassador, creator, advocacy or community programs.
  • A strong ability to create activations that spark participation and long-term engagement
  • A genuine understanding of creators and what makes a community feel welcoming, inspiring and alive
  • The ability to balance playful ideas with structure, ownership and follow-through
  • Confidence working with insights and performance data to understand what works
  • Good judgement around brand safety, digital safety and younger audiences
  • A close eye on creator culture, with the ability to spot the difference between a real opportunity and a passing trend

This role is for someone who can take an ambassador program seriously without making it feel serious. Someone who can build the structure behind the play, create reasons for creators to keep showing up and make a growing community feel personal, warm and worth being part of. It´s a temporary role for about 12 months, based in Stockholm, with a hybrid set-up with 2-3 onsite days per week at the studio.
