Founded in 2016, Einride became the first company in the world to deploy a cab-less autonomous electric vehicle on a public road (Sweden, 2019). In 2022, we were the first to successfully operate such a vehicle on a US public road. Today our award-winning technology has been launched across 8 countries (and counting). Our clients are some of the world’s biggest shippers, including Fortune 500 companies. We are also operating Sweden’s largest truck dedicated public charging network and counting.

The IT team is responsible for creating a best in class employee experience by enabling productivity with technology and automation.

About the position

• Develop, manage, integrate, and support Einride internal tools such as Google Workspace including Gemini, Google Cloud Platform, Lumos, Slack, Github, Jira, Claude
• Write integrations/automations primarily in Go, which are usually hosted in Cloud Run
• Manage GCP infrastructure (primarily via Terraform)
• Write/update MCP servers primarily in Python, hosted in GCP
• Evaluate new application requests from staff, potentially counter-offering new ways to use existing tools
• Assist staff in using AI tools such as Claude and Gemini effectively (for example, helping less technical staff to instantiate heavily used agentic flows into code instead)
• Analyze our internal processes and suggest and implement automations and improvements using custom code
• Provide support to your colleagues within the IT department and related departments like HR, Security, and Office Services
• Write documentation, both for users and for IT department internal use

Requirements (you don’t need to tick all the boxes):

• You hold a Bachelor or equivalent
• You are fluent in English, both spoken and written, and you are able to communicate technical concepts clearly, in plain language.
• You know how to code for automation and integration: Go is preferred, but Python, AppScript, bash, PowerShell, and more are also appreciated
• You you have 3-5 years of experience in IT support, including advanced application support and integrations with systems such as Google Workspace, Slack, Jira, and Github
• You enjoy helping others and have a collaborative mindset
• You are proactive by nature and enjoy a fast-paced working environment
• You have a versatile mindset and you are able to “think outside the box” and re-prioritize as needed
