Exciting times in Germany – you want in?
As you all know, we have been active in Germany since 2021 when we acquired Userlike and simultaneously built a CRM organisation. Over the past year, we have grown our position in Germany as a CRM provider, particularly in the Utility sector, and our organisation as well. Germany has great potential for us and therefor you as well. We are now looking internally for a Consultant Manager who wants to continue the work of growing our business in Germany.
What does a Consultant Manager at Lime do?
You will take on a key role, collaborating with consulting managers from our various markets and industry verticals, and helping shape the future of our Expert Services division.
You will share personnel responsibility for our 7 consultants in Cologne. Leadership is your primary focus, but you will also work partially client-facing — for example, by supporting our largest and most complex projects as a senior advisor.
In this role, you combine responsibilities across both leadership and business development, including:
- Driving growth and scaling: You are responsible for recruiting, planning, and further developing the ES organisation.
- Developing and retaining talent: Through close, attentive, and motivating leadership, you ensure that our consultants thrive and grow.
- Ensuring a healthy project flow: You plan and allocate assignments in close collaboration with the sales organisation.
- Budget responsibility: You manage the consulting budget for the Oslo office.
- Shaping strategy: You actively contribute to the strategic development of our consulting business.

Skills & Requirements
Who are you?
You likely have 5-7 years as a consultant, team manager or consultant manager, and preferably a larger amount of that time, in Lime. You have relevant work experience in areas such as consulting, project management, IT, or similar roles, of which at least 2 years have been in a leadership position. You thrive at the intersection of people, projects, and business, and are motivated by driving both teams and initiatives forward.
You are both empathetic and goal-oriented, with a natural ability to create engagement and bring people along — whether it involves a challenging project or a social team activity.
We also believe you have:
- A business-driven mindset and a solid understanding of how to create value for our customers and the organisation.
- The ability to translate problems, processes, and needs into creative solutions and concrete proposals.
- Experience with, or an interest in exploring and working with AI to make us even better.
- A relevant higher education degree.
- Fluency in English and preferably in German, both spoken and written – but let's face it, we might need to compromise a bit there ;-).
