PwC Finland is offering an exceptional opportunity in Corporate Finance, providing a front-row seat to both the Finnish market and global M&A environment. This role is based in Oulu, and requires working primarily from our Oulu office. You’ll join a growing team and contribute to real transactions while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced international setting.

The PwC Finland’s Corporate Finance (CF) advisory team focuses on divestitures, acquisitions, valuations and financial analysis. We are leading midmarket M&A advisor in Finland and globally. Our team operates across all major industrial sectors and has the ability to draw upon the PwC’s CF global network of more than 2900 M&A professionals and 1,700 valuation professionals across 60 countries to provide a breadth and depth unmatched by any other middle market firm.

This role is for you if:

• Have a proactive attitude and a passion for driving change and delivering results

• Enjoy working in teams, understand team dynamics, and contribute to a positive working environment

• You are in the final phase of your master’s studies or have recently graduated, with a strong academic track record

• Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• You have a relevant educational background in business, such as finance, economics, accounting or industrial engineering and management, and a strong interest in M&A and finance

• Understand the key elements of financial modelling and have excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills

• Are fluent in both written and spoken English and Finnish

• Have a strong networking mindset and the ability to build and maintain professional relationships

• Take a sales-oriented approach, are eager to identify opportunities, and contribute to business development efforts
