Sogeti is currently looking for a Senior Sales Executive, to be reporting to our Global Sales Officer and join our global sales team running our largest, most strategical deals. Top priorities of the team is to continue creating customer value by supporting our clients’ digital and innovation journey with the help of cutting-edge technology and the Sogeti portfolio including leading offers in Cloud, Cyber Security and Digital Assurance & Testing.
As our Senior Sales Executive, you will lead the development of sales opportunities to a win through the development of sales strategies, solution proposals and deal closing for strategic opportunities. You manage the identification and generation of sales opportunities and the cultivation of pipeline growth. You will effectively expand networks and contacts with senior stakeholders on executive level, in order to build and maintain an attitude of vigilance for opportunities. You will also identify and stay on top of technology trends to maintain market relevance.
Grow thought leadership in one or several portfolios and offers
Create demand, following up leads or early pipeline opportunities
Qualify opportunities in detail
Develop trusted relationships with different stakeholders at the client including C-level
Build the context of the bid by utilizing our internal pre-sales and solutions teams
Work with the client to build relationships to win deals and truly understand their business requirements
Develop a comprehensive value proposition, sales strategy, competitive and pricing strategy for all engagements
Demonstrate how the Sogeti Portfolio of offers will solve business issues and create tangible value
Produce high quality presentations, proposals, responses to RFPs, etc.
Understand that clients buy from people/human beings and be at ease in persuading clients on all levels (rational, political and emotional)

Who are we looking for?
To succeed in this role, you need experience of leading large deals as well as demonstrable experience of selling IT Outsourced deals with large offshore delivery and deals based on agile at scale and DevOps.
You also need experience in:
Taking ownership of pursuits all the way to closure
Influencing the pursuit team and internal stakeholders
Working with executive level internal and external stakeholders
Having a deep general background in IT, probably within outsourcing, from one of Sogeti's competitors
Technology; having a technical background and an interest to follow technology trends
