Your role
This role requires a leader who can combine operational discipline with strong business acumen. You will set direction, build organisational capability, and ensure LKAB Berg & Betong delivers according to both market demands and LKAB’s governance and long-term ambitions.

- Strategic and operational leadership of a technically advanced mining and contracting organisation
- A culture of zero harm, behavioural safety, and continuous improvement
- Strengthening of technical competence and operational excellence
- High-value relationships with customers, partners, and key stakeholders
- Delivery of strong financial, operational, and commercial results
What you bring
- A proven track record leading large, complex organisations with measurable success
- Strong background working with major companies in mining, construction, or industrial sectors
- Deep commitment to safety and experience with lean or structured operational excellence
- Ability to balance business agility with governance, structure, and compliance
- Strong analytical capability and a results-driven mindset
