Revenue Operations Specialist

Are you interested in joining one of Europe's fastest growing companies? Do you want to impact the wellbeing of millions of users?

Epassi’s purpose is to boost everyday well-being. We are a leading provider of employee benefit solutions across Europe. We were established in Finland in 2007, and in 2008 we were the first company to launch a mobile-payable employee benefit payment solution in Europe. Since then, we have consistently grown, diversifying our products and introducing our services into new markets.

Epassi has been awarded by the Financial Times as one of the fastest-growing companies in Europe on multiple occasions.

As part of our growth around Europe, we have acquired Alleo. At Alleo, we're setting a new standard as the go-to platform for modern compensation and benefits. Why? Because we believe compensation should be as personal and flexible as modern life.

About the Role
We’re looking for a curious, hands-on Revenue Operations Specialist to help build and improve the
systems behind our go-to-market engine. You’ll work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Customer
Success — growing your skills in HubSpot migrations, workflows, and data management along the way.
No prior expertise required; just genuine interest, a proactive attitude, and fluency in Dutch and English.

What You’ll Work On

• Support HubSpot migrations — data mapping, pipeline design, and third-party integrations — with
growing ownership over time.
• Help build workflows, lead scoring models, and GTM operational playbooks alongside
experienced teammates.
• Keep the CRM healthy — data hygiene, deduplication, and consistency as we scale.
• Build dashboards and reports that give GTM leaders real visibility into pipeline and performance.
• Document clearly, flag issues early, and connect technical and non-technical teams.

What We’re Looking For

1–3 years in RevOps, Sales/Marketing Ops, or a CRM-related role — HubSpot familiarity is a big
plus.
• Genuine curiosity about how GTM systems work — pipelines, data flows, and how teams hand
off to each other.
• Proactive — you own your tasks, communicate progress, and don’t wait to be told what to do
next.
• Eager to learn tools like Make, Zapier, or Fivetran, and open to picking up SQL/Python basics
over time. HubSpot certs (or keen to get them) are a bonus.

What You’ll Get

• A senior, high-ownership role with direct impact on revenue systems — not a ticket queue.
• Hybrid flexibility across our Heerenveen and Amsterdam offices.
• Laptop and iPhone provided.
• Room for professional development, certifications, and tool experimentation.
• A team of 75+ colleagues in a dynamic, sports-focused environment with an informal culture.
• Travel allowance, holiday pay, and pension plan.
• Bike scheme and up to 70% discount on gym membership, plus a free Workit subscription.
