Snowhotel Kirkenes is the only hotel in the world made entirely of snow and ice that is open 365 days a year. Located between the mountains and the Barents Sea, our hotel and activity center offer unforgettable Arctic adventures in every season.
We are now hiring team members for the 2026/2027 winter season and are looking for positive and service-minded people to fill the following roles:
- Restaurant Hosts
- Housekeeping
About the roles:
As part of our team, you will help create a welcoming atmosphere and ensure guests have a smooth and memorable stay. Whether you are serving guests in the restaurant, handling check-ins and bookings, or maintaining clean and cozy rooms, you will be an important part of making the Snowhotel stay memorable and exceptional.
Working in the Arctic means facing long, cold winters with dark days and challenging weather. We are looking for reliable, flexible individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, international environment and enjoy working as part of a close team.
In summary, we’re looking for someone who:
- Is positive and responsible
- Is flexible and available to work evenings, weekends, and during peak periods, including the Christmas season
- Preferably has experience in hospitality, customer service, or cleaning (but not required)
- Values excellent service and genuine human connections – we want you to truly care about our guests
- Is fluent in English; additional languages are a strong advantage
- Is over 20 years old (required for restaurant positions)

- Seasonal contract (Mainly during the period Oct/Nov 2026 – March/Apr 2027)
