- Tooling: quoting, procurement, modification, validation of new and existing molds
- Vendor management: coordinates changes, approves tooling, works with outside vendors on component validations
- Process improvement: cycle time reduction, scrap reduction, cost reduction, ISO compliance
- Soft skills: cross-functional team player, good communicator, able to train Process and Mold Technicians
