  • Identify data inconsistencies and help improve internal controls and reporting processes.
  • Maintain documentation for financial policies, procedures, and audit readiness.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Agro Operations, Plant Finance, and Sourcing leadership to gather data and prepare insights.
  • Support materials and presentations for monthly financial reviews and procurement meetings.
  • Contribute to ongoing enhancements in financial tools, reporting automation, and data visualization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in FP&A, accounting, procurement analytics, or business analysis.
  • Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, data modeling).
  • Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

What Success Looks Like
