We turn Product Portfolio Decisions into increased growth, margins, and product sustainability, enabled by Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), across e.g. New Product Development, Product Maintenance, Phasing Out, etc. We ensure that product portfolio decisions don’t stay on slides, but become operational reality in people, processes, data, tools, and behaviors.
We connect Portfolio Decisions with PLM Execution and make changes stick. Our success lies in combining Business Transformation Excellence (OCM) with deep PLM expertise, ensuring changes are adopted, reinforced, and sustained.
What you will do
Your role is to make NewCore grow, by creating more opportunities, building stronger client relationships, and improving the quality of the clients and people we bring into the company. Your work will include:
Growth & Strategy
- Define and refine NewCore’s growth priorities and focus areas
- Shift from reactive to structured, scalable, and repeatable growth
- Connect market needs to how we position and evolve our offering
Sales & Customer Development
- Drive outreach and generate relevant new client opportunities
- Build relationships and engage actively in client dialogue
- Understand challenges and shape how NewCore creates value
Talent & Company Building
- Drive recruitment end-to-end, from first contact to hiring
- Ensure client growth is matched with the right people
- Strengthen NewCore’s position as an attractive long-term employer
Packaging & Positioning
- Package capabilities into clear, differentiated, and scalable offerings
- Structure consultant experience into relevant, usable propositions
- Support messaging and communication to strengthen visibility and clarity
- Support communication and messaging together with our communication function

Who you are

You have
- A Master’s degree in Engineering (with exposure to economics), graduated in 2023-2026
- Full professional proficiency in Swedish, both written and spoken, and fluency in English
- Strong analytical ability and structured thinking.
- Strong interest in how systems work together - business logic, people/behaviors, and technology/information flows.
- Experience in areas such as sales, recruitment, project management, or networking is a plus
