Do you want to play a key role in driving strategic initiatives and shaping how overlay services are delivered across GlobalConnect?

We are now looking for a Project Lead & Assistant to join our Overlay Solutions B2B organization. In this role, you will work closely with the Head of Overlay Solutions and act as a central player in driving cross-functional initiatives, improving operational processes, and ensuring alignment across multiple business areas.

You will combine strategic coordination with hands-on execution in a role where communication, structure, and stakeholder management are critical for success.

To succeed in this role, we believe you likely have:

• Experience leading or coordinating cross-functional projects or strategic initiatives
• Strong stakeholder management experience across multiple functions and seniority levels
• Strong communication, presentation, and storytelling skills, including experience creating PowerPoint presentations and management material. Both fluency in Swedish and English is required.
• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, Telecommunications, IT, Operations Management, or a related field or equivalent relevant professional experience
• Experience working in complex environments with multiple stakeholders and changing priorities

About the role and the team

As a Project Lead & Assistant within Overlay Solutions B2B, you will support the management team in driving strategic initiatives connected to GlobalConnect’s overlay-focused growth strategy.

You will work closely with the Head of Overlay Solutions while collaborating across Sales, Technology, Product, Delivery, and Project Management. The role combines executive support, project coordination, process improvement, and stakeholder management in a fast-moving and collaborative environment.

You will have a broad scope with exposure to both operational and strategic topics, while helping the organization mature processes and ways of working connected to overlay services and OEM platforms.

The role is based in Stockholm or Uppsala.

What you’ll be working on

• Leading and coordinating strategic overlay initiatives across the organization
• Supporting the Head of Overlay Solutions with prioritization, reporting material, presentations, and follow-up activities
• Driving process improvements and establishing scalable workflows related to overlay services and operational delivery
• Coordinating stakeholders across multiple departments and functions
• Supporting escalations and helping drive resolution and alignment
• Reporting project progress and organizational performance to senior management

Who we are looking for

We believe you are someone who enjoys creating structure, driving progress, and working close to decision-making processes. You are comfortable navigating a cross-functional environment with multiple stakeholders and priorities, while maintaining a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

You likely combine strong communication skills with a practical and solution-oriented mindset. Experience from telecom, operational delivery environments, or process improvement initiatives is considered an advantage.
