"I am truly committed to environmental protection and to combating climate change. As a Sustainability Regulatory Affairs Coordinator, my role sits at the intersection of environmental responsibility, regulatory compliance and practical business operations. In my daily work, I collaborate with cross-functional teams within Dometic to verify that Dometic comply with environmental regulations. What motivates me most is knowing that these efforts contribute to a larger goal: reducing Dometic’s environmental impact and supporting responsible product stewardship. Every improvement, every verified compliance document, every supplier engagement helps move Dometic closer to its sustainability and compliance targets. Working in this field requires constant learning and adaptability. Regulations, technologies and consumer expectations are evolving rapidly. Being part of that transition (and Dometic also) is both challenging and inspiring, but it is rewarding to help translate complex regulatory requirements into practical solutions that support both Dometic’s objectives and environmental responsibility."
