We're looking for an Engineering Team Lead to manage a team of Software & QA Engineers for Cloud Protection for Salesforce (CPSF) — a fast-growing, 100% Salesforce-native cybersecurity SaaS product within WithSecure™.

CPSF is a real-time threat protection solution that scans files, URLs, and QR codes across all Salesforce workflows — including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Agentforce. It's already trusted by Fortune 500 companies globally, and we're scaling fast.

In this role, you'll own both the people and the product: leading a high-performing engineering team while staying hands-on enough to drive technical quality and delivery on the Salesforce platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Software and QA Engineers — setting goals, supporting growth, and fostering a culture of ownership and accountability.

• Drive development, delivery, and the design of new features on the Salesforce platform, ensuring high code quality and engineering excellence.

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, diving deep into code when needed.

• Collaborate closely with Product, Architecture, and QA to define requirements and deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.

• Ensure adherence to Salesforce security best practices and platform governance.

• Champion the adoption of AI tooling and best practices across the team to accelerate delivery.

• Contribute to cross-team planning and help shape the technical direction of CPSF.

What are we looking for?

• 10+ years of experience as a software engineer, with a track record of building and shipping production software.

• 5+ years in an engineering management or team lead role, with direct people management responsibility.

• Salesforce platform experience — as a developer, architect, or in a closely adjacent role. You understand how Salesforce applications are built and what makes them scale.

• Strong collaboration skills — you work naturally across Product, Design, and Engineering to move things forward.

• Proficiency with AI tooling and a genuine interest in leveraging it to increase team efficiency.

• Based in Finland (Uusimaa area) — this is a hybrid role with regular time in our Helsinki office.

• Background in cybersecurity is a plus but not required — curiosity and willingness to learn the domain matters most.
• Fluent English — written and verbal.
