We are currently looking for an associate lawyer to join our Dispute Resolution team. This position would suit someone who already has some years of experience working with dispute resolution matters or is newly graduated. Most of all, we value the drive to develop and grow from both legal and commercial perspectives.

Our Dispute Resolution team advises clients in business disputes, regulatory investigations, and insolvency matters. If you join our team, you will get to work with both domestic and cross-border litigation, ad hoc, and administered arbitration proceedings and mediation and other forms of alternative dispute resolution. Job Description and Responsibilities
As an associate, you will be working together with more experienced colleagues in different kinds of dispute resolution projects. Our goal is to resolve the most complex disputes our clients may face and we do it in project teams of different sizes and seniority levels. Your tasks will include drafting, reviewing and commenting on legal documents, conducting research and providing legal analysis, and contributing to the development of legal strategies for our clients. Beyond legal work, we value your contributions to our open and supportive team culture and to developing the practice together with your colleagues.

Skills and Requirements
We are now looking for a team member who:

• has a few years of relevant experience, e.g. from a law firm, or is recent graduate
• has a strong drive to develop into a top professional in the field of dispute resolution both legally and commercially
• has a forward-looking yet analytical way of working with attention to detail
• takes ownership and is enthusiastic about providing world-class advice and service to our clients
• is open to using AI tools as part of modern legal work
• is fluent in Finnish and English (knowledge of Swedish would be much appreciated)

Most of all, we value a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
