The Opportunity
We’re looking for an Accounting Analyst to join our Brazil finance team in Blumenau. This is a high-impact role where you’ll gain hands-on exposure across the full accounting cycle while helping strengthen financial processes and reporting. You’ll work closely with global stakeholders and play a key role in ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance, and operational efficiency.
What You’ll Do
- Manage core accounting operations, including:
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Billing processes
- Support and execute monthly close activities
- Prepare and deliver financial reports to global stakeholders
- Partner with external accounting providers to support local compliance
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams across the business
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, controls, and reporting accuracy
Skills & Requirements
What You Bring
Required Experience
- Experience in accounting roles with exposure to:
- AP / AR / Billing
- Monthly close processes
- Knowledge of IFRS or US GAAP principles
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365
Language Skills
- Portuguese: Fluent
- English: Conversational (able to participate in meetings and communicate with global teams)
