Working as an Associate Lawyer within the Employment practice at Roschier
At Roschier, we work with leading blue-chip companies and PE houses on assignments that impact international business and market development. As one of the leading employment practices in the Nordics, our cross-border Employment team advises employers on all employment-related matters, both domestically and internationally. The team is recognized for their ability to provide first-class legal advice and strategic guidance on a broad range of employment law matters, including for example reorganizations, redundancies, internal investigations and disputes.
The Employment team is a stand-alone practice team that works closely with other teams at the firm, for example when handling public and private M&A transactions, business reorganization and outsourcing, trade secrets disputes, data privacy, and other matters requiring expertise in multiple practice areas. We provide an opportunity to work on complex assignments in collaboration with experienced professionals, enhancing your professional growth with close support from partners and senior colleagues. Additionally, work tasks may include internal investigations, whistleblowing regulations, sustainability, and other compliance-related topics.
If you are curious about learning more about the team and their daily work, listen to this episode of our podcast "A Cup Of" where we meet with two representatives from the team. The team also has their own podcast, "Hire & Fire", that exclusively covers topical employment law issues of interest for employers. You find all episodes through this link.
