IoT Product Manager
We are looking for an IoT Product Manager to join our IoT organization and lead products focused on SIM, eSIM, and Remote SIM Provisioning (RSP). In this role, you will help shape the future of global IoT connectivity by working closely with internal teams and partner ecosystems. You will own the product vision and roadmap for connectivity solutions that enable scalable, secure, and seamless device connectivity across global markets.

Who are you?
You are a strategic and technically minded Product Manager understands the evolving landscape of SIM, eSIM, and Remote SIM Provisioning technologies and are comfortable working at the intersection of business, technology, and partner ecosystems. You are able to drive initiatives from concept to launch while balancing commercial goals, operational requirements, and industry standards to shape the future of global IoT connectivity through innovative, secure, and seamless connectivity solutions.

What You’ll Do

  • Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for SIM, eSIM, and RSP capabilities
  • Collaborate with sales, technical architects, operations, and commercial teams to deliver scalable IoT connectivity solutions
  • Work with ecosystem vendors on integrations and platform evolution
  • Manage SIM vendor relationships, including evaluation, selection, performance tracking, and coordination to ensure quality, scalability, and alignment with product and business requirements
  • Lead SIM profile creation and personalization-related BAP processes with SIM vendors, including requirements definition, technical evaluation, vendor alignment, and selection to ensure scalable and compliant eSIM/RSP profile provisioning capabilities
  • Lead initiatives around lifecycle management, subscription management, and remote provisioning
  • Own the business case, budget, and financial performance of the product area, including cost optimization and investment prioritization
  • Translate customer and business needs into product requirements and technical specifications
  • Follow GSMA standards and industry developments related to eSIM and IoT connectivity
  • Identify opportunities for optimization, automation, and new product capabilities
  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle
  • Lead go-to-market (GTM) initiatives, including product launches, trainings for internal stakeholder enablement, and operational handover processes
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop product positioning, launch materials and sales collateral for internal and external audiences

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in Product Management within telecom, connectivity, or IoT domains
  • Good understanding of SIM/eSIM technologies and Remote SIM Provisioning (RSP)
  • Familiarity with GSMA specifications such as SGP.02, SGP.22, and SGP.32
  • Curious about new technologies such as In Factory Profile Provisioning ( IFPP ) and soft sim
  • Experience working with mobile operators, connectivity providers, or telecom platforms
  • Ability to work effectively with technical teams and understand APIs, backend systems, and platform architecture
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Professional proficiency in English
  • Hands-on experience with SM-DP, SM-DP+, EIM, eUICC, or subscription lifecycle management is considered a plus
  • Background in IoT connectivity platforms, device lifecycle management, or global operator integrations is an advantage
  • Knowledge of cloud-native architectures, telecom core systems, embedded connectivity, or large-scale IoT deployments is beneficial
