We are looking for someone who is passionate about performance marketing, enjoys turning data into actionable insights, and combines analytical thinking with digital media expertise to optimize campaigns and drive measurable business growth.

As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you will be involved in the full paid media process, from media planning and hands-on campaign management in media buying platforms to analysis, optimization, and reporting. You will play an important role in maximizing the impact of our media investments and driving performance across digital channels.

Working closely with internal teams and partners, you will help shape smarter media strategies, translate insights into actions, and contribute to meaningful business results. Skills & Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of the full digital media landscape, including paid search, paid social, programmatic, and emerging channels
  • High competence in performance marketing with hands-on experience in campaign setup and optimization.
  • Hands-on experience with Dynamic Creative Optimization (DCO), including creative setup, feed management, testing, and optimization
  • Technical understanding of tracking, attribution, and measurement frameworks.
  • Experience working with data analysis, reporting, and translating insights into actionable optimizations
  • Strong analytical mindset with a test-and-learn approach (A/B testing, incrementality, and performance experimentation)
  • Ability to quickly learn, adapt, and work across new tools, platforms, and technologies in a fast-evolving landscape
  • Fluency in one of the Scandinavian languages (Swedish, Norwegian or Danish) as well as English is required.

    The position is a full-time, permanent role based at our headquarters in Stockholm.
