Working as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Roschier
We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our cross-border Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you’ll lead end-to-end recruitment processes across all levels at Roschier, focusing on attracting top legal and business professionals in a competitive market.
Your day-to-day work will span the full recruitment lifecycle, from proactive sourcing and candidate screening to coordinating processes, conducting interviews and assessments, and supporting hiring decisions. You’ll take ownership of multiple recruitment processes across roles and seniority levels, acting as a trusted advisor to hiring managers while working closely with senior colleagues and partners across our Helsinki and Stockholm offices.
In your role, you will leverage data and insights to support decision-making and continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of our recruitment approach. Success in this role means delivering high-quality, well-structured recruitment processes while creating a seamless and engaging experience for candidates at every touchpoint.
In addition to recruitment, you’ll play an active role in developing our Talent practices and driving targeted employer branding initiatives, including organizing and hosting events designed to attract top talent in the legal market. You’ll also contribute to selected Talent-related development projects and initiatives, helping shape how we attract and engage talent going forward.
You’ll be part of a cross-border Talent team of 21 professionals working across different areas within Talent, including a Talent Acquisition team of four members. The position is based in Helsinki and reports to the Talent Acquisition Lead. This is a full-time, permanent role with a preferred start date in August 2026.
