About the position
As part of Oriola’s Financial Shared Services team in this position you will work as an R2R Financial Controller handling routine accounting activities and statutory reporting of the publicly listed parent company. You will be reporting to the Head of Financial Shared Services. Your main tasks and responsibilities include:
GL Accounting and Reporting
·Parent company daily and periodic accounting
·Parent company statutory and group reporting
·Monthly VAT reporting
·Monthly salary data transfers to SAP and reconciliations
·Company income tax declarations and reporting
·Bank statement handling for GL transactions
·Other accounting tasks
Treasury Accounting
·Daily and periodic treasury accounting
·Treasury data transfers to SAP and reconciliations
·Treasury back-office tasks
You will mainly work with SAP FICO and TWIN and utilize Teams, Microsoft Office tools in completing your daily tasks. In addition to Oriola’s Financial Shared Services team and Group Controlling you will be working in close collaboration with several internal parties across many different functions.
Skills & Requirements
Personal and experience Requirements
- 10+ years of work experience in Finance including at least 5 years of experience in chief accountant’s role, preferably in a publicly listed company
- Prior experience in Treasury operations
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or similar
- Fluency in Finnish and English
- Previous experience using SAP FICO and TWIN
- Advanced Excel skills

Terms of Employment:
- This is a fixed-term full-time position until 31.3.2028 and we want you to start as soon as possible
- The selected person will undergo a drug test and a standard security clearance in accordance with the Security Clearance Act, which is a prerequisite for the establishment of an employment relationship.
- This position is based in Mankkaa, Espoo, Finland
- The employment is within Oriola Group.
