We're building Horizon — F-Secure's AI-native business platform that lets commercial partners sell and monetize cybersecurity subscriptions effectively. We launched in February 2025 and we're now scaling fast. As our AI-Native Developer, you'll implement the systems that power partner growth: the analytics stack that makes performance visible, AI agents that act on what they see, integrations to external systems and APIs, and lifecycle automation that turns insights into revenue.

This isn't a role about maintaining an existing product or optimising a mature funnel, it's about building the engine from scratch. You'll ship complete features end-to-end, own the database schema, hook into external systems, open up our APIs, wire the AI agents, and close the loop with data. We build with Claude Code, ship features in days rather than weeks, and we expect AI to be fully integrated into the way you think, design, build, and test.

You'll join a small, entrepreneurial team: 4 engineers building the platform, alongside data analysts, UX, marketing, and product professionals working closely together. We're outcome-oriented, no-nonsense, and warm-hearted. Based at our recently renovated Helsinki HQ, complete with a rooftop sauna and a fully equipped gym. We work in a hybrid model and hope you can join us at the office 1–2 days per week.

Our estimated salary for this role is 5500 to 6500 €/month.


Key responsibilities:

  • Own the full development lifecycle end-to-end — schema design and migrations, GraphQL resolvers and TypeScript types, React frontend, and production deployment
  • Own the data models, including migrations, schema design, and SQL
  • Drive integrations with internal and third-party systems and lead the implementation of our APIs
  • Design and implement AI-powered systems: intelligent lifecycle messaging that adapts to user behaviour, predictive models for churn risk and expansion opportunities, and AI-driven promotion suggestions for partners
  • Build and deploy growth AI agents — running on Claude via AWS Bedrock — that identify and act on opportunities autonomously, including the agentic loops, tooling, and context management that make agents reliable in production (not just in demos)
  • Move fast and make sound decisions with incomplete information — that's the norm here

What are we looking for?

  • AI-native workflow — you use Claude Code (or equivalent) as your primary development tool, not just for autocomplete, and you've built systems that orchestrate LLMs as agents rather than just calling an API
  • Solid full-stack development experience with TypeScript, React (ideally React Router v7 or Next.js App Router), Node.js, PostgreSQL, and GraphQL
  • Comfort owning a feature from database migration to UI components
  • Background in B2B2C, partner/channel business models, or growth engineering
  • Experience in a startup or scale-up environment where moving fast and iterating on incomplete information is the norm
  • Full professional proficiency in English

You get bonus points for:

  • AWS Bedrock or equivalent LLM deployment expertise
  • Experience with event-driven systems (Kafka or similar)
  • Comfort working in a pnpm monorepo with multiple service packages
  • Hands-on experience with Braze and Hightouch

Our hiring process:
